Meet Adrienne & Leapfrog

Adrienne Graham Leapfrog, a sole-proprietor business, is owned and operated by Adrienne Graham. Leapfrog works with nonprofit organizations from various sectors across the state of Oregon, a great way to link different groups to new ideas that work. Adrienne founded Leapfrog in 2005 to apply her experience, strengths and passion to help organizations and groups become more effective in the good work they do. She has 12 years as a non-profit executive director and 23+ years of experience providing training, facilitation, coaching and teaching in the public and private sectors.

Prior to launching Leapfrog, Adrienne designed and delivered leadership and organizational development programs for The Ford Family Foundation's Community Leadership Program. She has also worked for the City of Corvallis, facilitating community conflict resolution and diversity programs, and for the Oregon Department of Education, where she led a statewide project on alternative learning strategies. Adrienne was a Senior Consultant for the Nonprofit Association of Oregon (NAO) team, serving Oregon and rural communities around the state. In 2019, NAO's consulting services were discontinued and Adrienne relaunched Leapfrog to provide consulting for Oregon's nonprofits. She also continues her work with NAO, designing and delivering workshops and programs to strengthen rural nonprofits and support member services in rural Oregon.

Adrienne welcomes an innovative and positive approach. She is certified and brings in-depth experience in Appreciative Inquiry (AI), a process to uncover when an organization has functioned at its best to provide an affirmative foundation for visioning, teambuilding and organizational change. Adrienne is a BoardSource-trained facilitator for comprehensive Nonprofit Board and CEO Assessments and Development Planning. Her formal education resulted in a Masters in Adult Education, Workforce Training and Education from Oregon State University.

Adrienne enjoys time with her family and good friends and finds her balance by ’playing‘ in Oregon's great outdoors. You might find her hiking or biking the mountain trails one day and ’trailskipping‘ the next (yes, skipping - she finds it is much easier on the knees than running and far more fun!). She has rediscovered the joys of backpacking and loves to get out in the quiet and beauty of the wilderness. And once the snow hits, you might catch Adrienne out cross-country skiing on some of the state's amazing trails.
